Dunder and Munster couldn't adore their two humans more — and they clearly still have plenty of love left over for the little youngster on the way.
In this extraordinary time-lapse video, uploaded to YouTube this week, the sweet dogs can be seen eagerly standing by through the entire nine months of their adoptive mom's pregnancy, depicted here in just 90 breathtaking seconds.
"When I found out my wife was pregnant," writes the proud new father, "I thought it would be a great opportunity to capture her growth via photography, but what I really started to notice was how things started to change around me."
There may be no better companions to share in the joy of life's biggest milestones than the furriest members of a growing family.
Interestingly, this isn't the first time Dunder, the German Shepherd, has appeared in a time-lapse video. In 2012, long before the arrival of his new son, the dog's new dad turned the camera on him as a puppy, taking a photo of Dunder every day for two years.
