An abandoned Shar-Pei that was found wandering the streets has undergone a facelift to save his sight.  Benny the Shar-Pei was left almost blind and deaf after the natural folds of his skin had over-developed to cover his eyes and ears. He was found abandoned by a dog warden three weeks ago and
